CYLINDER DROP/ BALANCE TEST Disable one cylinder at a time and measure torque decrease.
EMISSIONS TESTING Perform IM240 or ECC83 Drive Cycle Simulation Tests as a prelude to certified testing.  Perform Catalytic Converter Efficiency Testing and Custom Emission Step Testing.  Measure and compensate for gas analyser latency so data is seamlessly matched

OVERVIEW

Record a virtually unlimited amount of data relating to the vehicle and each test run.  Each time a Ramp Test or Step Test is performed, the data gathered can be saved to an individual “Run File”.  Data can be exported to CSV text files or MS Excel, or via Ethernet or RS232 to external PC running MS Excel where the user may have spreadsheets storing data or dynamically graphing in real time.  Integrated backup system provided
